Bayer & Curtis Orthodontics is a father/daughter practice that has been treating children, teens, and adults for over 40 years.

Dr. Peter Bayer started out his career, not in dentistry, but serving in the United States Military as an engineer stationed at Tyndall AFB in Panama City Beach, FL. After leaving the Air Force, Dr. Bayer started on his route to being an orthodontist by completing a residency in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. Today, he still continues to be an active member in national, state and local organizations, that help bring together the latest advancements.

When Dr. Leigh Curtis began college, she decided to go a different path than her friends and family and chose a wellness and public health focus that allowed her to be in touch with the overall health and well-being of her patients.

Here at Bayer & Curtis Orthodontics, we create amazing smiles with the latest technology. Dr. Curtis is the only female orthodontist in our area that is Board Certified by the American Board of Orthodontics. Board Certification is a personal and public commitment to treating patients with the highest standard of care, it also requires completion of written and clinical exams.

Drs. Bayer & Curtis stay in tune with current changes in the world of orthodontics. Many people today are looking for clear or invisible options. We are able to provide those clear, comfortable and efficient options for our patients. As a Platinum level Invisalign provider, our team is always excited to help patients achieve their best smile.

Technology might change, but our love and compassion for our patients and their families will always remain constant. We put our heart into each individual patient and their care. Your time, convenience, cost, and efficiency are all our top priorities. We look forward to starting this journey with you.
